All Sales Are Final

Because our pieces are made to order, Daily Death does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email matthew@dailydeath.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion. Please do not send an item back unless we instruct you to do so.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help if production has not started, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
