Shipping policy

Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Many Daily Death products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for production before shipment. Production can take longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping services, charges, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after an order has been produced and handed to the carrier. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Eligible U.S. orders of $100 or more receive free standard shipping when the available standard shipping rate is $10 or less. Express or upgraded shipping remains paid.

Tracking and Split Shipments

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Because items may be produced by different fulfillment partners, one order may arrive in multiple packages and at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping because an order is split.

Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Contact matthew@dailydeath.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We will try to help before production or shipment, but changes are not guaranteed. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was submitted.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Damage

Daily Death is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, service interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, a package appears lost, or an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier.
